Ras-el Hanout, Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Ginger, and Pepper are among the most important spices in Moroccan cuisine. During this cooking class, you will learn how to combine them into a firework of tastes.
Dive into the world of 1001 nights and discover the flavors of Marrakesh. Nour, a local, will reveal the secret of preparing easy, healthy, and delicious Moroccan dishes. Using cooking concepts rather than exact recipes you will be able to become your own chef and cook it at home.
What you will prepare:
– Zaalouk (a paste with aubergines)
– Traditional Moroccan salad
– Three different Tajines (vegetable, chicken, tomato)
– Preserved lemon (a jar to take home)
– A dessert
We’ll serve the three-course meal following the cooking class, along with a lot of laughter and good conversations. Nour is happy to share stories and insights about the Moroccan food culture. Bring the north African touch to your next dinner party and treat yourself and your loved ones.
