Ras-el Hanout, Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Ginger, and Pepper are among the most important spices in Moroccan cuisine. During this cooking class, you will learn how to combine them into a firework of tastes. All ingredients used in this course will be plant-based.
As Morocco is a hot country, natural products are easier to keep. As a result, Moroccan cuisine is primarily plant-based. Dive into the world of 1001 nights and discover the flavors of Morocco. Nour, a local, will reveal the secret of preparing easy, healthy, and delicious dishes. Using cooking concepts rather than exact recipes you will be able to become your own chef and cook it at home.
What you will prepare:
– Moroccan Salad
– Zaalouk (a paste with aubergines)
– Spinach with preserved lemon
– Two different Tajines (vegetable and tomato)
– Preserved lemon (a jar to take home)
– A dessert
We’ll serve the three-course meal following the cooking class, along with a lot of laughter and good conversations. Nour is happy to share stories and insights about the Moroccan food culture. Bring the north African touch to your next dinner party and treat yourself and your loved ones.
