Led by Ayu, founder of Sendok Garpu who has been immersed in Japanese food culture after many years working at one of the most famous Ramen restaurants in Zurich, you will learn the art of making delicious Japanese Ramen in this hands-on and fun class, so you can make your favorite dish at home.
Learn how to prepare dashi, how to cook your ramen noodles to perfection, and how to serve up your ramen with delicious toppings. You will be able to customise your ramen with the toppings of your choice and then enjoy your own ramen noodle soup in the company of your fellow foodies.
